Depending on your unique needs, follow-up sessions may take place weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or even quarterly. Typically, visits are closer together initially or when a new well-being goal emerges. During your sessions, Dr. Jessica will assist you in exploring different concepts and ideas linked to what you are experiencing. Widening the perspective lens results in the discovery of new actions and paths leading to the desired outcome. Your sessions will become increasingly more action-oriented using techniques such as PPIs - Positive Psychology Interventions, ACC - Acceptance and Commitment Coaching, Embodiment techniques, and Solution-Focused Coaching methods. Some interventions may be performed during your sessions while others may take place between your visits. As life is not constant, your plan will evolve with your progress. Expect each regular session to last between 40 and 50 minutes.
